The problem

«The data exists, but it's copied by hand between systems and reports arrive late.»

In many companies the right number already lives in some system; the problem is getting it to where decisions are made. It gets exported to a spreadsheet, fixed by hand, forwarded by email, and Monday's report is finished on Wednesday.

What we do

  • Systems integration

Connections between ERP, CRM, email and your own platforms, with retries and traceability.

  • Data pipelines

Scheduled extraction, cleaning and transformation, with checks and alerts when something doesn't add up.

  • Process automation

Repetitive tasks that start running on their own: document loading, reconciliations, notifications, closings.

  • Data models and dashboards

Models built for analysis and dashboards in Power BI or other tools, fed without manual work.

When it makes sense

  • People are dedicated to copying data from one system to another.
  • Every department reports a different number for the same thing.
  • The dashboards exist, but someone updates them by hand.

What you get

Reliable, up-to-date data where it is used, processes that run on their own and reports that arrive on time.

How we build it

We design every integration assuming the other system will, at some point, not answer: retries with limits, background processing, records that let you rebuild what happened and alerts that arrive before the complaint.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with Power BI?

Yes. We design the data model and the processes that feed it, which is where dashboards usually fail, and build the reports on top of that.

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. It depends on the volume, the sources and the questions you want to answer. Sometimes a good PostgreSQL database and scheduled processes are enough.

What happens when an integration fails?

It retries, it gets logged and someone is alerted. Nobody should find out about a failure from an empty report.
